1350 Main was built in 2007 and its Main Street address sets the stage for urban Sarasota living. In our 1350 Main condo blog article in April of 2008, the Sarasota MLS reported 25 condos listed. Currently 19 units are on the market at affordable prices beginning as low as 349,900 for a one bedroom and one bath condo. In our April 2007 article, the low price was $370,000.
