Downtown Sarasota Condos Update

Sarasota downtown condos are moving. Last year Barbara Corcoran had a spot on the Today Show about Sarasota being the no. 1 Best Place to Buy a Home. Ms. Corcoran mentioned Sarasota's sophistication as a city offering an urban lifestyle. Just like the story about Siesta Key being the No. 2 Beach last year, this Today Show spot presenting Sarasota to the world brings in new buyers. The downtown area is a great walking neighborhood. Residents live, work and play right in the downtown Sarasota Paradise.

Whole Foods, the new downtown Publix, shops, galleries and restaurants are within walking distance of the downtown area. The beaches of Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key Beach are all a short drive from downtown Sarasota. For additional shopping, world famous St. Armands Circle is within 5 minutes of the city.  Restaurants, cafes and bistros are both downtown and on the Circle offering excellent cuisines of choice.

The opera, ballet and symphony in Sarasota are frequented by residents and visitors of Sarasota condos. The location of the inner city to beaches, water activities and cultural venues is extraordinary. In the last few years, many new condominiums were built featuring top-of-the-line amenities that draw buyers seeking a luxury and convenient lifestyle.

If you are searching for that urban lifestyle that downtown Sarasota condos offer, give John Allen or Annette Smith a call. We regularly show downtown Sarasota condos including One Hundred Central, Plaza at Five Points, the Ritz Carlton Tower Residences, as well as properties on the barrier islands of Casey Key, Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key.  We can show you any Sarasota property.
